SmartTalent Lynnwood is seeking to hire a Kitting Associate for a manufacturing company based in Everett, WA. This is a junior level position; ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and be willing to complete repetitive tasks.
LOCATION: Everett, WA
PAY: $19 - $22 *Pay depends on shift and experience level
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Read and follow work orders, assembly instructions, and blueprints.
• Gather and organize parts, materials, and supplies needed for assembly.
• Assemble kits accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Inspect components for quality and defects before packaging.
• Label and package kits appropriately for shipment or distribution.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow safety regulations and company procedures at all times.
• Report any shortages, defects, or issues to the supervisor
Required Knowledge, Skills, and abilities:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in assembly, packaging, or warehouse work is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs, if required.
