Receiving / Inventory Associate
SmartTalent Lynnwood is seeking to hire a receiving/inventory associate for a manufacturing company in Everett, WA. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with receiving, inventory, and kitting. Previous lead experience a plus but not required.
LOCATION: Everett, WA
Pay: $18 - $19 DOE
SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday 6am - 230pm

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
· Coordinate the flow of work and materials based on schedules and priorities, ensuring availability of necessary parts, materials, and equipment.
· Perform daily receiving tasks efficiently and accurately, verifying shipments and resolving discrepancies.
· Conduct weekly cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels and address variances promptly.
· Maintain tools, fixtures, and documentation to support efficient operations and job performance.
· Implement and support methods or techniques that improve quality and efficiency in daily tasks.
· Work closely with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure seamless material handling and communication.
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to workplace safety standards and guidelines.
· Provide input and support for continuous improvement initiatives.
· Communicate with the Manager regarding issues related to capacity, workload, or part and material availability.
· Assist with setting up and maintaining tooling and fixtures as needed.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical training or certification is a plus).
· Experience in receiving, inventory control, or a related field.
· Proficiency with inventory management systems and tools (e.g., ERP systems).
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
· Forklift certification or experience operating material-handling equipment (preferred)
