Key Responsibilities
This position is a hybrid role, based onsite 3 days a week at our office in Minneapolis, MN.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include the following:
- Full-cycle Recruitment: You will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from sourcing to offer, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Inclusive Hiring: You will champion a fair and inclusive hiring process, developing and implementing hiring practices that engage diverse talent pools.
- Talent Pipelines and Outreach: You will build and maintain strong talent pipelines by actively engaging with industry networks, community organizations, and university partnerships.
- Collaboration and Partnership: You will build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide data-driven hiring strategies.
- Candidate Experience: You will create a positive, engaging, and transparent hiring experience, fostering trust and empathy throughout.
- Ownership and Accountability: You will take initiative in refining recruitment processes, tracking key metrics, and continuously improving hiring outcomes.
- Resilience and Adaptability: You will navigate a fast-paced, evolving hiring landscape with agility, problem solving skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Employer Branding: You will partner with Marketing and internal teams to enhance employer brand visibility and attract top talent.

- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence hiring decisions with a collaborative and consultative approach
- Deep understanding of inclusive hiring best practices and a passion for fostering diverse workplaces
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain resilience in a fast-paced environment
- Empathy and emotional intelligence to create a welcoming and supportive candidate experience
- A love for talent analytics and dashboard creation
- Proven success in building and optimizing processes
- Experience using cloud tools (ATS systems, Google Drive, etc.)
- Discretion and ability to safeguard confidential information

Base compensation range for this position is $84,150.00 to $119,850.00. Actual base within this range will depend on many factors including experience, skills, technical expertise and market alignment. In addition, this role is eligible for a 20% annual target bonus based heavily on individual performance.
