Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategic plans for territory sales.
- Provide technical sales support and product knowledge to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business development.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or B2B environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Experience in outside sales or territory management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with technical sales processes and product demonstrations is a plus.
