You will be responsible for managing client relationships, subcontractors, and internal teams while ensuring strict compliance with PMI best practices, PMP guidelines, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project plans following PMI best practices.
- Lead project kickoff meetings and set clear expectations with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Closely coordinate with engineering, detailing, fabrication, and erection teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of project management experience in structural steel fabrication and erection.
- Proven track record of managing projects ranging from $5M to $150M.
- Strong understanding of contract negotiation, financial reporting, and risk management.
