- Oversee production planning and scheduling to meet customer demand while minimizing lead times and optimizing production efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and align production accordingly.

- Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure that products meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.
