- Oversee production planning and scheduling to meet customer demand while minimizing lead times and optimizing production efficiency.

- Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure that products meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field and 3 years experience in manufacturing operations management or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
