Sales and Business Associate

We are seeking a Sales and Business Associate who comes from a customer service or customer-facing background to increase brand awareness, sales, and customer service experience. Our Sales and Business Associate will be able to educate new and existing customers of our clients products and services offered to expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, engaging, and enjoy interacting with others. The Sales and Business Associate will provide their product expertise to promote a positive customer experience and leave each customer with satisfaction.

Sales and Business Associate Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers directly on a daily basis
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and decision makers
• Thoroughly understand product knowledge to inform potential customers when conducting sales presentations
• Accurately track all sales production to be able to follow up with customers and increase customer satisfaction
• Provide feedback on various factors regarding market research and customer insights
• Communicate with the marketing team and other team members frequently
• Perform other job-related duties as required

This is a full time internship position that focuses on direct marketing, sales cycles, and customer service. This position is fully in office. Candidates who are interested in this position should be within the local area.
