Key Functions/ Basic Duties:
Answer incoming calls to Service Desk
Create tickets within our incident ticketing system.
Provide basic support to end users and troubleshoot problems on systems.
Assist with end-user customer support education.
Update and maintain Service Desk documentation.
Provide for the maintenance and depth of hardware/software troubleshooting expertise for client systems.
Monitor the environment and respond or engage tiered support when needed
Assist with maintenance of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
Knowledge of:
Computer hardware, software, operating systems and peripherals
Modern office practices, procedures, and equipment
Oral and written communications skills
Interpersonal skills using humility, tact, patience, and courtesy
Ability To:
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Plan and organize work
Work as a team member
Meet stringent schedules and timelines; Work successfully in a fast-paced environment
Manage corporate and project resources effectively

This is a full-time role
