Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Campaign Management :
Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive education and engagement. For patients and referring providersSegmentation & Personalization :
Utilize data-driven segmentation and personalization strategies to ensure the right message is delivered to the right audience at the right time.A / B Testing & Optimization :
Conduct A / B testing on subject lines, email content, and layouts to optimize performance and improve key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.Reporting & Analytics :
Track and analyze email campaign performance using Salesforce dashboards and other analytics tools. Generate reports to measure the success of campaigns and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.Automation :
Develop and manage automated email workflows such as welcome series, re-engagement campaigns, and post-appointment follow-ups to enhance the patient care.Collaboration with Teams :
Work closely with design, content, and sales teams to ensure email templates are visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with marketing objectives.Compliance & Best Practices :
Ensure all email campaigns are compliant with CAN-SPAM regulations and follow industry best practices for deliverability and engagement.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in email marketing, with proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar CRM / email marketing platform.Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, automation, and analytics.Experience with A / B testing, email performance analysis, and data-driven optimization.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to craft engaging content.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with HTML / CSS for email template customization is a plus.Knowledge of CAN-SPAM laws and email compliance standards.This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of email marketing efforts and contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives by leveraging Salesforce and other tools to create impactful campaigns.What We Offer
