Key Responsibilities
- Email Campaign Management : Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive education and engagement. For patients and referring providers
- Segmentation & Personalization : Utilize data-driven segmentation and personalization strategies to ensure the right message is delivered to the right audience at the right time.
- A / B Testing & Optimization : Conduct A / B testing on subject lines, email content, and layouts to optimize performance and improve key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Reporting & Analytics : Track and analyze email campaign performance using Salesforce dashboards and other analytics tools. Generate reports to measure the success of campaigns and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Automation : Develop and manage automated email workflows such as welcome series, re-engagement campaigns, and post-appointment follow-ups to enhance the patient care.
- Collaboration with Teams : Work closely with design, content, and sales teams to ensure email templates are visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with marketing objectives.
- Compliance & Best Practices : Ensure all email campaigns are compliant with CAN-SPAM regulations and follow industry best practices for deliverability and engagement.
