Job Description Schnucks Flexforce is a new employment option at Schnucks that gives teammates the opportunity to choose the shifts and locations they want to work at. Teammates are hired as Center Store (Stocking) Clerks. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age to be considered. Additional Requirements – Internal candidates: Store/Facility Teammates: minimum of six months employment with Schnucks. Store Support Center Teammates: minimum of one year employment with Schnucks. Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline). If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.
