Key Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering quality dental care to children in various school settings.
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment for procedures.
• Support patient charting and documentation processes.
• Foster a safe and inviting atmosphere for young patients.
• Collaborate effectively with a small team to ensure high standards of care.
  
  

Required Skills

• Dental Assistant Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• CPR certification card.
• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant, including familiarity with digital X-rays.
• Competence in patient charting, both using paper forms and digital methods.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage positively with children.
• Team-oriented mindset and the ability to work cohesively within a small group.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior working experience as a Dental Assistant is essential.
• Valid ID and readiness to travel to various schools within the boroughs.
