Full-time Associate Dentist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and a passion for providing high-quality dental services. As an Associate Dentist, you will work collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental care while ensuring a positive experience for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to dental extractions, fillings, and prosthodontics.
• Provide endodontic treatments as necessary, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and treatment options tailored to their needs.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient workflow within the dental office.
• Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Skills

• Proficient in medical documentation practices and familiar with dental terminology.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy related to dental health.
• Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to treatment.
• Experience working in a dental office environment, preferably using Epic or similar software systems.
• Ability to perform complex procedures such as prosthodontics and endodontics with precision.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality and safety.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
