The Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience within our dental office. This position involves coordinating patient treatment plans, managing schedules, and providing essential support to both patients and healthcare providers. Duties

• Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
• Coordinate treatment plans by communicating effectively with patients, dentists, or medical professionals.
• Schedule appointments and follow-up visits, ensuring optimal use of time for both patients and providers.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage documentation related to treatment plans.
• Educate patients about their treatment options and answer any questions they may have regarding procedures.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, insurance verification, and billing inquiries as needed.
