Job Description
Our treatment coordinators are vital in providing our patients with a best-in-class experience. Through patient education, our treatment coordinators ensure our patients fully understand what their treatment plans involve and help to increase case acceptance. The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for managing treatment plans, collecting co-pays and balances, and scheduling patients for their next visit. By joining our team, you will have :
- Work Life Balance (Monday-Thursday 7 : 40am-5pm, Friday 7 : 40am-1pm (We are currently alternating every other Friday, but this will change to be every Friday eventually. This position will require candidate to work out of our Smile North Muskegon location every Monday and every other Thursday.)
