Maple Park Dental Care in Naperville, IL is looking to add our next stellar Treatment Coordinator to the team!

Maple Park Dental Care is dedicated to providing the very best dentistry available. As a premier Naperville Dentist, we've been serving the Naperville community since 2001. Our Dentist has been practicing dentistry for over two decades and is the proud owner of this state-of-the-art dental practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Discuss treatment plans and costs with patients
• Help patients understand their dental insurance benefits
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
• Optimize the dentist’s and hygienists’ schedules
• Submit and follow up on insurance claims
• Assist with setting up payment plans
• Communicate with the dental team about patient care
• Maintain and organize patient records
• Address patient concerns and complaints
• Provide clear information and support to patients

Qualifications:

• Good communication and organizational skills
• Understanding of dental procedures and terminology
• Experience with dental software and insurance billing
• Empathy and a patient-focused approach

Schedule:

• Monday: 10:00am - 7:00pm
• Tuesday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Wednesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Friday: 9:00am - 2:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am - 2:00pm (1 Saturday a month)
