Roles and Responsibilities
The Treatment Coordinator's (TC) primary responsibility is to clearly explain the treatment options and related financial responsibility to the patient. The TC acts as a liaison between the doctor and the patient and is tasked with gathering information in the new patient experience, in addition to coordinating a treatment plan and effectively presenting it to the patient.
