Position: Dental Office Manager (Full-Time)
Smile Clinic Arizona is a thriving dental practice located in Scottsdale, and we’re seeking a dedicated Dental Office Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day operations. We're looking for a motivated, patient-focused professional who is passionate about creating a world-class experience for our patients while ensuring the office meets its performance goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Office Performance: Oversee all aspects of office management, including achieving budget and production goals, staffing, and driving overall office performance.
- Patient Care Coordination: Work directly with patients to explain treatment plans, address questions, and ensure their experience is seamless and comfortable.
- Daily Operations: Manage office scheduling, answer calls, collect payments, verify insurance, and handle patient check-in/check-out processes.
- Team Leadership: Lead daily morning huddles and facilitate regular staff meetings to maintain alignment and communication across the team.
- Office Organization & Maintenance: Ensure the office is well-organized, stocked with necessary supplies, and all equipment is maintained and repaired.
- Staff Management: Assist with onboarding, training, and managing staff performance, including conducting annual reviews and addressing performance issues.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor office financials, including posting payments, handling billing, and ensuring accurate financial records.
- General Support: Provide direct support to the dentist and clinical team to ensure smooth office operations and a positive environment for patients and staff.
- Sales Expertise: Prior sales experience will be invaluable in this role. You'll leverage your skills to understand patient needs, effectively communicate treatment benefits, and enhance the overall patient experience. Your ability to sell treatment plans and foster relationships will drive patient engagement and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in dental office management or similar healthcare administration roles.
- Proven sales experience demonstrating the ability to engage and support patients effectively.
- Ability to foster a friendly, compassionate environment for patients and staff.
- Familiarity with dental practice management software and insurance verification processes.
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus!

Monday – Friday
Compensation:
Starting at $26/hour, commensurate with experience.
