About Us
At Smile Clinic Colorado, we believe that every patient’s experience starts at the front desk. Our Patient Care Coordinators are the heart of our office—ensuring smooth check-ins, managing patient documentation, and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
What You’ll Do
✔️ Greet patients with a friendly smile and ensure they feel comfortable and welcomed.
✔️ Check in patients using Curve dental software, update records, and collect necessary documentation.
✔️ Verify and update insurance and medical history annually, ensuring accurate patient information.
✔️ Manage patient wait times, keeping them informed and comfortable with snacks and refreshments.
✔️ Collect payments for treatments, ensuring a smooth and professional financial transaction.
✔️ Work closely with assistants and doctors to ensure seamless patient flow.
What We’re Looking For
🔹 A people person with a warm, professional demeanor.
🔹 Strong organizational skills—you’ll be handling patient check-ins, documents, and payments.
🔹 Ability to multitask and maintain composure.
🔹 Experience in healthcare administration, customer service, or front office roles is a plus!
🔹 Proficiency with Curve software (or willingness to learn).
🔹 Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy practices.
PLUS: Bilingual (Spanish/English)
