Position Overview:
As a Medical Treatment Coordinator at Smilepoint Dental Group, you will be responsible for selling treatment plans and services to patients who come in for consultations. You’ll guide them through their treatment options, explain costs, and assist with scheduling. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to help patients make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell Treatment Plans: Present and sell treatment options to patients during consultations, explaining benefits and costs.
- Patient Coordination: Assist with scheduling, follow-up, and provide a seamless experience for patients.
- Payment & Insurance: Discuss payment options, assist with insurance verification, and manage billing inquiries.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent patient care by addressing questions and ensuring a positive experience.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1-2 years in a medical or dental office, preferably in a patient coordination or sales role.
Skills:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to explain treatment plans clearly
- Proficiency in office software and insurance processes
- Goal-oriented with a drive for sales success
