What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Receptionist position at Smiles Dental Center?
Our updated office is looking for Front Desk Receptionist to handle daily duties of our dental office front desk. Looking for a responsible candidate with a Team-first mentality. Insurance coordination experience is a plus as well as knowledge with Eaglesoft dental software. We are offering competitive pay and are looking for someone to start full time immediately. Duties/Requirements are, but not limited to:
-Schedule patient appointments
-Accurately verify dental benefits
-Collect payments, co-payments and deductibles
-Submit dental claims electronically
-Presenting and/or explaining treatment plans
-Delegating duties to the rest of the Team and handling day-to-day responsibilities
-Assisting is a plus
-Running monthly Team meetings
-Maintain professional appearance
-Keep track of all new patients as well as recall patients
-Making sure that proper appointments are scheduled
-Maintain practice's social media
-Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
