Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, and assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer support with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Monday- Thursday.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage the front desk (check in and check out), answering phones, responding to emails, and responding to in-person inquiries
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including filing and scanning documents
- Provide customer support, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Demonstrate strong time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Perform other administrative duties as required
Skills
* Spanish speaking is preferred but not required*
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients and colleagues.
