General Dentist – Pediatric-Focused | Up to $300K/year | Join a Collaborative, State-of-the-Art Practice in Tallahassee, FL
SmileWorks Children’s Dentistry & Orthodontics is seeking a General Dentist who loves working with children and teens to join our dynamic, multi-specialty practice in Tallahassee, Florida.
This is a unique opportunity to grow professionally and personally in a fun, team-oriented environment. You’ll work alongside an experienced staff and a group of Board-Certified Pediatric Dentists, who can provide mentorship and support in growth and development cases.

What We’re Looking For:
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
- Current Florida dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience treating pediatric and adolescent patients is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
- Passion for delivering excellent care to children and teens
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general dental care with a focus on pediatric and adolescent patients
- Collaborate with pediatric dental specialists on cases involving growth and development
- Educate patients and parents on preventive care and oral hygiene
- Build long-term patient relationships through high-quality care and trust
