An extremely well-renowned architecture firm with integrated construction services, landscape architecture, structural and civil engineering, and interior design. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in commercial interior renovations, with medical projects in particular, under their belt.
Title : Project Manager
Location : Hartford, CT
Compensation : $100,000 to $130,000
Responsibilities :
Lead Project Management in all tasks including
RFI / RFP submittals
Planning all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion
Obtaining all necessary regulations and permits
Ordering necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.
Making sure projects are aligned with agreed-upon plans.
Coordinate full project lifecycle with Superintendent and Ownership
Oversee project timeline, budget, and ensure efficiency
Desired Skills :
Background in Design-Build Commercial New Construction
Proficiency with Procore, AudoCad, or similar tools
Full knowledge of construction processes
Ability to be agile on the job site (dealing with moving timelines and / or objectives)
Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate efficiently
