We are the premier General Contractor for Retail, Commercial, Hospitality, and Medical Projects throughout New England. Seeking a Junior Estimator to join our ranks and grow into a vital member of our Pre-Construction department.

Position : Junior Estimator

Location : Manchester, New Hampshire

Salary : $70,000 to $90,000

Responsibilities :

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.

Collaborate effectively with management, superintendents, and project managers to ensure project success.

Help Review project plans and specifications to develop a clear understanding of the scope and requirements.

Help Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.

Help Analyze historical data and apply cost estimation techniques to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Participate in pre-bid meetings and presentations with clients and stakeholders.

Help Maintain and update a database of cost estimates, project records, and related documents.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies during the estimation process.

Qualifications :

1-5 years of commercial construction experience.

Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related field (preferred but not required).

Proficiency with takeoff software such as BlueBeam, OnScreen, and Planswift.

Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Project, Word, and Excel.

MUST BE PROFICIENT WITH TECHNOLOGY AND CONSTRUCTION SOFTWARE
