Position : Senior Project Manager
Location : Milford, CT
Compensation : $140,000 to $180,000
Responsibilities :
- Lead project management tasks, including RFI / RFP submittals, processing change orders, and ensuring quality and efficient project completion.
- Collaborate with ownership, superintendents, and subcontractors.
- Plan all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.
- Obtain necessary regulations and permits.
- Order necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure projects align with agreed-upon plans.
- Coordinate the full project lifecycle with the Project Executive, Superintendent(s), and Ownership.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and ensure efficiency.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and strategies to optimize resources and efficiency.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
