Call Center Representative Role
As a Call Center Representative, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and schedule sales/service appointments. Your role is key in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships.
Daily Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and past customers.
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and assist callers efficiently.
- Log all interactions in VinSolutions CRM.
- Set sales and service appointments.
Key Performance Metrics
- Appointment Setting Rate – Successful appointments booked.
- Call Volume – Meeting/exceeding daily targets.
- Customer Satisfaction – Quality interactions based on feedback.
- CRM Compliance – Accurate logging of calls and notes.
Ideal Candidate
- 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
- Strong phone skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Bilingual candidates may qualify for a higher rate.
Preferred (not required): Experience with CRM systems (VinSolutions, Reynolds & Reynolds) & Google Workspace.
