Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales and Marketing Manager to build and lead our sales and marketing efforts. This is a key role in our company, and you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our customer base and strengthen our brand presence.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and lead follow-up.
- Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, including SEO optimization, online advertising, email marketing, and tradeshow participation.
- Oversee the development of a new e-commerce website, collaborating with an advertising agency to ensure a user-friendly and effective platform.
- Create marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and website content.
- Plan and execute 2-3 tradeshows per year, including booth design and logistics.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including order tracking, lead time communication, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with the design engineer, operations manager, and president to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in inside sales and marketing, preferably within the building products manufacturing or distribution industry.
- Proven track record of success in lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience managing website development projects, including e-commerce integration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized, 1 detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
- Bonus and Sales Commissions: Details to be discussed.
