Responsibilities:- Organize and maintain legal documents and case files for easy access and reference.
- Purpose: To ensure efficient workflow and quick retrieval of necessary information for attorneys.
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, and agreements.
- Purpose: To support attorneys in delivering high-quality legal services to clients.
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Purpose: To provide insightful and up-to-date information for successful litigation outcomes.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, and depositions for attorneys and clients.
- Purpose: To ensure timely communication and organization throughout the litigation process.
- Draft correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of attorneys.
- Purpose: To maintain professional and effective communication with clients, courts, and other parties involved in the legal process.
- 2 years of experience in a law firm or legal setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field.
- Proficiency in legal research and writing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
