The Vice President of Digital Marketing is responsible for leading the digital marketing strategy and initiatives of the company. The Vice President of Digital Marketing will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans, oversee digital marketing campaigns, and drive online brand presence and engagement.

- Digital Marketing Service Line Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate the Paid Media, SEO, Web Experience, MarTech and Data / Analytics teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Work closely with the Sales team and SMEs to support the development of pitches, proposals, and presentations, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends.
Act as a liaison with the Smith ELT in providing data and insights to shape the strategic vision.
Oversee the delivery of campaigns, projects, and solutions with a focus on quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction. Ensure best practices are followed across all areas.
