Job Duties
- Presents and tracks Employee Orientation for both new hires and annual orientations
- Part of process and executing staff training. Provides counsel to department leaders on training delivery.
- Maintains the RELIAS Learning Program, develops position specific curriculum, conducts follow up training and in-services.
- Works in conjunction with the HR Director to support the Smith Career Advancement Program.
- Develops and provides direct oversight for employee retention programming. Tracks data and makes appropriate operational recommendations.
- Manages Worker’s Compensation Incidents/Accidents including supervising those on modified duty.
- Manages Safety Program including site audits, job evaluations, training, and in-services.
- Responsible for the management of Family Medical Leaves
- Prepares reports and forms as directed by senior staff management using appropriate computer applications (I.E. Breakdown of orientation charges)
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 years of experience in managing Worker's Compensation, FMLA, and training and development
