Job description
Immediate opening for a Part-Time office receptionist in a local, family-owned business. Hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9 am- 4 pm. The ideal candidate would be a detail-oriented team player, with excellent communication skills, to serve as the first point of contact for current and prospective patients. Office duties include, but are not limited to, answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing charts, and entering data in patient's charts as necessary. This position requires an individual who is organized and able to learn new tasks quickly. Some insurance billing knowledge would be helpful, but not necessary. Willing to train the right person.

High school diploma or relevant work experience
