JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented, Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the following:
- Company financial records; Billing, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Track inventory and material costs for renovation jobs.
- Prepare and make (locally, in person) bank deposits.
- Overseeing payroll, enter and track hours worked by employees.
- Maintain computer records for inventory and pricing from venders.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
SKILLS
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, minimum of 2 years experience.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in payroll processing and tax preparation.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Familiarity with vendor management.
- Proficient in office management tasks, including phone systems and scheduling.
- Demonstrated ability in team management.
Experience in HVAC, Plumbing & the Renovation Industries are a plus, but not required. Willing to train for these aspects if all other qualifications are met proficiently.
