As a member of the WheelTime network, we provide quality heavy-duty & semi-truck parts, service, and repair. With a focus on reciprocating engines and power accessories, we offer full maintenance service agreements and immediate spare parts support through our six distribution centers.
Role Description
As a Parts Support Specialist, you will:
π§ Assist customers in identifying and sourcing engine and generator parts.
π§ Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure timely order fulfillment.
π§ Provide expert-level support to troubleshoot and resolve parts-related inquiries.
π§ Collaborate with the sales and service teams to deliver top-tier customer experiences.
π§ Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to recommend the best solutions for customers.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
- Computer Literacy
- Effective Communication skills
- Experience in automotive or technical service field is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred
