Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with plant operations and QC teams to ensure effective collaboration and information sharing.
- Implement and manage the Quality Control (QC) Program to guarantee consistency and quality across all projects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address potential quality issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma; some college or trade school preferred but not required.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in the ready mix or construction industry; ACI Level 1 certification preferred.
- Skillset: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Licenses: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
