Job Overview
Smith's Heating and AC is looking for a self-motivated individual who is organized, has a great attitude and is outgoing to work with our team. Locally owned and operated Smith's is an awesome place to work! No high-pressure corporate sales. The Dispatch position will include the following:
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assign service calls to technicians and manage their schedules to establish ultimate time management and logistic efficiency. Making sure technicians arrive on time and prepared to complete each job. Keeping customers aware of appointments and schedules.
- Responsible for running dispatch software.
- Assist in making sure parts are ordered and ready for daily schedule.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends and improve service.
- Responsible for making sure fleet is maintained.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service and dispatch.
- Ability to organize and manage task well.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information effectively and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with dispatching program is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
