Full Time Role
Dayshift 7:00AM - 3:00PM
Every fourth weekend per month requirement
Job Description:
Must be willing to work some evenings and weekends as needed. Duties include:
- Painting
- Drywall repair
- Minor carpentry
- Miscellaneous maintenance
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Some plumbing or electrical experience preferred
- HVAC experience required
- Staining and wallpaper experience a plus
- Must be a team player while being able to work independently
- Must have excellent attendance history
- Must enjoy being of service to senior adults
