Position Overview:
As a Content Marketing Specialist on our Content Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's narrative and driving our content marketing efforts. This position presents an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic individual to contribute to our content marketing strategies while adhering to the TAYA (They Ask, You Answer) Content Marketing Strategy. You will be responsible for crafting compelling content across various platforms, such as our learning center, email campaigns, social media, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies in alignment with the TAYA (They Ask, You Answer) Content Marketing Strategy, focusing on addressing customer needs and inquiries.
- Craft engaging articles and content for our company blog, website, email campaigns, social media platforms, and other content channels.
- Manages assigned marketing projects and ensures timely completion.
- Partners with and interviews subject matter experts and teams to gather insights and information for content creation.
- Participates in idea generation and content strategy planning.
- Write engaging copy for marketing materials, including landing pages, product descriptions, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and apply SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and enhance organic visibility.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all marketing efforts.
- Support and stay up to date on content calendars and coordinate content release schedules to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Content Marketing Specialist or a similar role (3-5 years).
- Familiarity with the TAYA (They Ask, You Answer) Content Marketing Strategy is highly preferred.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an ability to craft compelling and informative content.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
- Self-directed and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
- Excellent organizational skills and possess strong attention to detail.
