Smith & Wollensky, the flagship location and Midtown institution from Quality Branded, is seeking a Floor Manager to join our team! All of our managers must embrace a guest first approach to service, thrive in a high energy, fast paced environment and take great pride in the space they work in. Our Floor Managers are very service driven, focused on overseeing the Front of House team during service and are actively engaged on the floor from opening to closing.
Candidates must have high volume management experience (300 nightly covers) and embrace a flexible generous approach to service to be considered.
