- $1.00/hour shift differential for 2nd shift positions

Core Responsibilities
- Bacon Rollers supplied with proper sized bacon and correctly and efficiently de-comb and stack bellies.
- Organize and clean coolers when necessary.
- Provides appropriate scaling, record keeping and inventory rotation.
- Pushes out trees of bacon according to average and lot number to designated Bacon Roller.
- Removes belly from tree asides to table.
- Removes combs from bellies and asides combs neatly onto rod of comb truck.
- Positions empty flats, stacks bellies in rows and prescribed and asides flats.
- Asides empty trees to smokehouse alley.
- Cleans coolers and trims bellies as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
