- Must have cooking experience, preferably from an institutional setting
- Good organizational skills

- Excellent attendance history
- Good customer service skills
- Be able to lift 50 lbs
- Serve on line if needed
- Prepares all entrees for Breakfast and Lunch
- Preps all items for the next days meals
- Knife skills
- Operate dishwasher, mixer, steamer, grill tilt skillet slicer
- Help out in any area as needed
- Be able to operateCash Registers
