Smithouse is a full-service residential Design Build firm providing clients with a positive building experience through sound planning, design, and project management practices. Both creative and solution-oriented, the Smithouse team – comprised of a select mix of building experts, designers, and master craftsmen – makes visions and dreams a reality for their clients.
We seek a detail-oriented, fun-loving, energetic person skilled in Marketing and Customer service. Your role is to serve as the point person for the marketing efforts of the company as well as the point person for client care.
This position is a full-time salaried position with benefits. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Remote work options are available.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing:
- Review data metrics and assist in understanding the ROI of marketing efforts
- Update and assist in utilizing the company CRM
- Create, review, and post content for social media - Instagram, Facebook, and Linkedin, including various types of posts (video, written, etc)
- Create, review, and execute initiatives related to print and digital marketing
- Coordinate and organize photoshoots of projects
- Coordinate with website designer for needed website updates
- Create applications for award submissions
- Assist with any ad hoc assignments
- Organize & execute internal marketing efforts: company events, team building, etc.
Client Care:
- Implement tasks centered around the client's experience
- Creation and use of photo and video technology documenting the progression of the construction project and distribution to the client
- POC for facilitating and managing client-focused activities: Client Participation Days, Gift cards, referral thank you campaigns, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
- Skilled at communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced, fun environment
- Proficiency in Google G-Suite & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) as well as general computer technological skills
Hours:
Full time, M-F 8 am – 4 pm
Compensation:
Hourly rate: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour commensurate with experience
