Job Summary :
This role will provide operational support to the Revenue Operations team, assisting with the implementation and execution of ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Revenue Operations Analyst, but may also be required to collaborate with the sales, business systems, and Salesforce development teams once they have a solid understanding of the overall RevOps functions.
What you will do :
Support Revenue Operations team with Salesforce project implementationsReview and validate Salesforce data for alignment and adherence as it relates to key RevOps functionsConduct regular analysis of Salesforce reports to identify and resolve data discrepancies, escalating issues to the RevOps team as neededExecute data cleanup and alignment projects in Salesforce, ensuring seamless implementationMaintain and develop documentation and standard operating procedures, as needed, for critical RevOps processesCollaborate heavily with the Business Systems team to dive deep into technical details of ongoing Revenue Operations projects within Salesforce, including thorough pressure testing of updates before they go live.Identify dependencies and anticipate the downstream impacts of RevOps process updates and surface to RevOps teamExecute repetitive, detailed tasks with a high degree of accuracy and precisionIdentify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvementsAssist with contract-related operational processesProvide general operational support and contribute to special projects as neededWhat you will bring to SmithRx :
2 years of experience using Salesforce for reporting purposes2 years of experience working in an Operations roleHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong understanding of Salesforce and its core functionalityExcellent data analysis and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsAttention to detail and a proven track record of delivering high-quality workFamiliarity with process documentation and standard operating proceduresProactive mindset and a willingness to take on a variety of tasksExperience with process automation and efficiency improvementsExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data analysis toolsComfortable working with highly manual and detailed processesProven expertise in Salesforce, including testing, troubleshooting, and validating changesAbility to dive deep into complex processes, ask insightful questions, and understand technical detailsDemonstrated accuracy and precision when executing repetitive tasksAdaptable and flexible mindset, with a willingness to take on a variety of responsibilitiesPreferred Skills and Experience :
