Job Description
- This position will be a hybrid work arrangement with two days (M / F) optional to work from home / remote and three days (T / W / Th) in office / onsite at our NA headquarters in Edgewood, MD.
Purpose :
Ensure that the business has the right people, in the right place, at the right time to execute their strategy. The Talent Acquisition Partner will provide the business with the highest quality talent, within the right timescales and at the right cost. The Talent Acquisition Partner will hold full accountability for all stages of the hiring process, from attraction to hire whilst ensuring the candidates have a quality experience throughout every step.

The compensation for this position ranges from $61,150 - $91,730 / yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills, job-related knowledge, and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions. Smiths Detection provides comprehensive benefits including healthcare, 401K savings plan, company holidays, vacation, sick time, parental leave and an employee assistance program.
