Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will process accounts receivable transactions including invoices payments and cash receipts.

Job duties to include but are not limited to;

• Reconcile accounts : Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
• Manage collections : Manage collection efforts including following up with clients and setting up payment plans
• Maintain records : Maintain accounts receivable records including aging
• Communicate : Contact clients to request payment or set up payment plans
• Support audits : Support internal and external audits
• Evaluate policies : Evaluate current policies and recommend process improvements
• Manage projects : Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Other duties assigned.

Qualifications :

Education :  HS Diploma or equivalent and accounting certification

Preferred education :  Accounting degree

Experience : 13  years of experience with accounts receivable preferably in a manufacturing environment

Technical Knowledge Skills and Abilities :

Background :

This position may require Sensitive Security Information (SSI) access and vetting via the TSA. If required applicant must successfully pass a federal background investigation.

This position may require a U.S. Personal Security Clearance.

The compensation for this position ranges from  $29670.00 $69230.00 / yr. and will vary depending on factors such as your location skills jobrelated knowledge and experience.  The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
