Senior Quality Engineer

Essential functions essential functions including how an individual is to perform them and the frequency with which the tasks are performed; the tasks must be part of the job function and truly necessary or required to perform the job.

Job duties to include but are not limited to;

• Review of customer contracts Statements of Work Purchase Order Quality Clauses drawings and specifications
• Review and approval of quality requirements for Manufacturing Planning and Supplier Purchase Orders
• Participate in QMS process management
• Drive improvement
• Analyze data to develop metrics and trends
• Assist with establishing Root Cause of failures and defects
• Assist with completion of customer issued Corrective Action as well as issuance and follow up of Internal CARs.
• Use of technical drawings specifications manufacturing work instructions inspection procedures and configuration control of documents
• Experience with Configuration Control Board (CCB) review of ECNs drawings source control specifications test plans & reports
• Good working knowledge and experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Experience with managing and performing audits processes and practices associated with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
• Investigation of nonconformances and continuous improvement techniques; e.g. RCCA 8D 5Why PFMEA
• Effectively lead and manage the daytoday performance and tasking of people by being a role model to others monitoring progress on objectives and behaviors and coaching others for success
• Making decisions independently related to quality issues
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Salary and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $128485 $154182 / yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location skills jobrelated knowledge and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
