Hello, this is Ryan Thompson with Smith Thompson Home Services. We are an OLD ESTABLISED COMPANY with over 5,000 Google reviews online. You've probably seen our home security yard signs around DFW because we've installed around 500,000 alarm systems over the years.

We launched our new HVAC division mid 2024, and it's booming! In just 10 months we've reached nearly 1,200 homes on service plans, and our techs are drowning in leads. We need service technicians that are experienced, ready to roll, and don't want to be micro managed.

Get in on the ground level, and lock in this position that doesn't require any on-call rotations. The early techs that join us to help build this new division will be rewarded with the this special benefit. You're taking a chance on us, so we will take a chance on you. As this continues to boom, we are going to need managers and supervisors as well.

We have a VERY LARGE customer base that knows us, and trusts us. In HVAC, as you know, trust is the biggest element.

We are looking for a very experienced service technician with at least 2-3 years of residential service experience servicing and repairing a diverse array of HVAC systems.
