Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering their questions, and offering helpful advice on plant selection, care, and gardening techniques.
- Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Inventory Management:
- Stock shelves and displays neatly and attractively.
- Ensure accurate inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks.
- Water plants regularly and appropriately to maintain freshness and quality
Product Knowledge:
- Develop a strong understanding of plant varieties, their care requirements, and associated products (e.g., fertilizers, pesticides).
- Stay informed about new products, seasonal offerings, and promotions.
Store Operations:
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, security checks, and light cleaning duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Training & Development:
- On-the-job training will be provided on all aspects of the role, including product knowledge, customer service skills, register operation, and store procedures.
- Ongoing training opportunities will be available to enhance skills and knowledge.
