Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is essential.
- Knowledge Service Titan dispatching systems is advantageous but not required.
- Strong phone etiquette skills are necessary for effective communication with customers.
- Experience working plumbing, electrical or service industry a bonus
