RETAIL STORE MANAGER NEEDED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
Store Manager Duties:
- Maintain store staff by recruiting, interviewing, and selecting potential employee's. Along with Onboarding and training new hires.
- Maintain staff by coaching, counseling, monitoring and conducting employee reviews.
- Create schedules for staff, and follow up with work results.
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and current customers, and other persons in a position to understand requirements.
- Ensures availability of merchandise by maintaining inventory.
- Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities, determining sales promotions, authorizing clearance sales, and studying trends.
- Determines marketing strategies by reviewing operation and departmental sales records.
- Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotions and display plans.
- Establish personal networks.
- Implement a security system and measures.
- Protect employee and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
- Maintains professionalism and product knowledge
- Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures.
- Team focused, and a leader that joins the team to accomplish results.
Skills and Qualifications:
Tracking and Budget Experience
Vendor Relationships
Retail Market Knowledge
Experience with retail pricing and trends
Experience with new staff onboarding procedures
Strong Strategic Planner
Management Experience
Must possess ability to maintain client relations
Strong Verbal Communication
